Well incorporate hair colors, Blond, Brunette, Redhead. Make it possible for for girls to choose there right hair color.
Clothing, Not to much detail being that is a children's website, But pink shirts or something of that nature will do =D

Why wait that long, Start now so when more female users do come they can just pick, it's that easy. What I love about it, is that if you don't like any of the skins you can make your own. Awesome.

Paint.net; Epic art program. Free also.
w3schools; Teaches you how to code. Ive learn HTML, and CSS using that site.
