I try to go in-game and it just keeps loading. I waited for like 5 minutes. Nothing has worked.

Internet Explorer, I was thinking it might be the browser type. But Internet Explorer is very common among the internet. So it must not be it. :S

It should work on any computer unless you are using a computer that is reeeaaaaaally old. But if you can run the latest version of java it should work.
Try checking to see if your browser is blocking access from it.
