If it's about the community: You're right, I've been trying to change the community for months and it just isn't working. The only way to fix that will be a whole lot of new users that make the problem-causers insignificant.
If it's about the game: PM me or post in the suggestions forum and I'll try to get it done.
Fair warning: trolls have gotten banned here. It's definitely not what we need right now.
