Well, yes I had an account named "Inconspicuous" I must admit that.
Unfortunately, I don't know how and/or why me and the "real" MisterObvious have the same IP (not saying we did, but I'm just going to go with your answer. :]).

You can't have the same IP with another person, unless you use the same internee source.
