I somehow stumbled upon this video yesterday. It's a short film based on the VALVe comic Lab Rat, which is the backstory to Portal and Portal 2. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend doing so before you watch the video.

This video was featured on the Minecraft Forums. Yeah, it doesn't truly stick to gameplay -- Minecraft doesn't have guns! Ghasts can't fly out of Nether Portals! -- but it's still epic.
Yeah, Franco, I don't think you'll make Comedy Central with stop-action.
