I'm working on a "music box medley", but I'm not sure about how the first four songs are working with each other.
Which transitions, if any, should I get rid of (put a different song between, move it somewhere else later on, etc.)?
Also, kudos if you know what all of the first three songs are. The last one is one of my own, [Not] Perfection.

The first few notes sound a little like Taylor Swift's awful mind-ruining song, "You Belong to Me", but not the rest of it at all.
Considering that the main melodies in Katy Perry's Firework and Lifehouse's Hanging by a Moment are VERY similar, I think you're clear
