If I were you I'd make all the images in the program you're most comfortable with, then put them in the program that has frames and can make animated gifs, that way it turns out as good as possible

Thats what ive been doing lol but the main thing I use is transparent stuff but I cant in gifs :/

But those ARE legit. I could make gifs in Ps, but the interface fails. I just have to drag and drop there (Mostly).
