Let's settle this: Kieron made multiple - when asked not to - threads about dead topics. He repeatedly posted in the wrong section - even knowing it was in the wrong section. Lastly, advertising (which was not counted since the rule wasn't official at the time)

Advertising what? If advertisement isn't allowed delete my webpage info and my post about BLOXman. The dead forum posts were made periodically throughout the day and not massively at one time.
When you are all alone with spring break while everyone else is at school, you get bored.
Posting in the wrong section isn't that bad and personally, a lot of what was moved to OT shouldn't be there. [like the post about Ashely's skin]
Maybe his posts mean something, maybe it means post in the sections that are dead.
