Hmm, can you make it so that you can cycle through colors?

(e.g. pressing "L" while in the red layer[1] will cycle you back to the green layer[3], and pressing "P" while in the green layer[3] will cycle you back to the red layer[1].)
Also, an easy indicator is to change the tool's image (the little icon on the top-left) to the color of the layer you can currently touch.
