I don't know too much about it, but CubeBomb originally started out as a test of coding skill hosted by somewhere else. It has something to do with KoneStudios...
Anyway, I doubt this account was really the Lana Jacobson registered as site owner.
And to answer your original answer (and clarify Tyler's answer), the account was banned because it was registered with a proxy.
