There is only one down on the Xbox and it's the paid membership.
But in a way it's actually good, since less hackers can get on, unlike PS3.

PlayStation also has PlayStation Plus, which it is paid. Another down on the Xbox is the RRoD(Red Ring Of Death or Red Ring Of Doom) which may break down sometimes for no reason.

IDK about PlayStation 3, but PS2 has the Red Boxes of Failure to Load Disk...
Also, Kinect > Move. You have to admit, "no controller" is better than "fancy joystick". But (I've never seen a Blu-Ray so I can't really say) my dad says that one of the biggest advantages of the PlayStation3 is that it can run Blu-Ray, which is the HD version of a DVD.
