RE: A modern 'civil war'? - lol - 05-15-2012 Don't forget that Blue has major access to the Mississippi River, which can be used for transportation of materials and infantry for Mid-Southern battles. I can see that border-communities will have more localized battles rather than trying to capture other communities in effort of militant conquest, but I'd figure someone would be smart enough to have troops occupy and claim important agricultural resources (Instead of destroying it) to avoid starvation during war time. The Southern Navy in ports along the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Coast will surely have no problem with Red.
