HanSolo966 was the one who posted about it at the time. He got Telamon to respond on his Twitter about it. I'll try and find the Tweet if you want, but it was around Christmas last year. Which means, basically about 2 hours of scrolling down a screen to get to that date that he posted it. (Twitter really does need some sort of sorting or search engine with Tweets)

Not when I have to scroll down the page to make more Tweets appear. Its not just going to load 16,000 Tweets one page so I can Ctrl+F it.

I did it a long time ago in 2010...I can't find my post now, but I remember Telamon saying 26 was too low somewhere.
