I guess I have to go with blue; more people. The blue side has 14 states, along with the President. The green side only has 12 states; therefore, making blue win. The only thing I am confused about is like, does the government live in a certain place. I think the government rules the President.

Red side probably win, cause of the resources.

I don't know about resources, but they have the least amount of people.

Green has all the trade with Asia, pretty much all the military tech companies (Boeing, Lockheed, Grumman), most of NASA's labs and places like Area 51 (probably most of the nukes are around there too), and a decent amount of people.

So Green is a dangerous side, hmm; there might be a possibility that Green might win against Blue...

Red has the least people but lots of resources...Like food and water.

Oh, but food and water won't work in war. Resources that create weapons, bombs should help the Red side.

And as I stated before, unless Canada joins Yellow or allows passage through, then Green has 2 islands, where all the Naval Bases are, also making them a good place to retreat to if Green faces the same fate as Dunkirk.

May work for AI UAV, but not humans(We have a LOT more of them!).
