When I was seven, I tried to jump past some monkey-bars to the other side without grabbing anything. I had a sprained arm afterwards. (Haven't ever broken a bone.)

I remember when I fell off the money bars when I was 10 playing tag with my classmates.
Not the stupidest thing I've done, but pretty stupid.
