You're lucky. You live in NYC where you aren't surrounded by them. Down here in the South, they're EVERYWHERE.
Only thing from KFC I ever really liked was their Fish Snacker sandwich, which lasted about 4 months. 4 years ago.

But I went to Kansas last year... my God, there were 2 KFCs and McDonald's per block.
