[ Suggestion ] Online build. - Patacorow - 10-15-2010

Title says it all. Use the regular building tools with the regular studio (without your character ofc), except you can see your partner(s)'s mouse (and it should probably have his name hovering above it as well).

The server constantly updates the place and everything is shared, so we can make places together!

(roblox needed this a long time ago! >:C)

Possibly the best suggestion ever.

I love Blockland and Minecraft's real time building scheme, but actually using the whole editor with people in real time would make for some awesome teamwork making buildings and stuff.

But to make sure that there are no griefers, make it so everything made by a person is locked unless they accept a trust invite to let people build on their blocks.

I like the idea.

I would have to make a separate network protocol for multiplayer editor mode though, or people could use packet editors to do whatever they want to a regular server.
