Well it was for asking a simple question.

And it said not to harrass other players. Then 2 seconds later i was 403ed.

you're not going to be a mod just because your the "top" fan or whatever, which you seem to "be" alot of.

You have to be mature, be respectful, help out others and be honest. That is how you can get to be a mod. You should not ask to be a mod.
