And may we all shed a tear for Japan. - Tyler - 03-12-2011

It makes me laugh at the people that only care about their favorite Anime ending, and not caring at all about the thousands of innocent japanese civilians that lost their lives.

My classmate moved there like 3 weeks ago, because his parents are in the military. I just hope he is still alive! I even emailed him 2 weeks ago and he still won't respond!

Some people might be thinking, "Well, how bad can it be? A little shaking, some houses falling down, then a big wave knocked out some power plants -- bad, but so what?"

8.9 is one of the 3 worst earthquakes in recorded history going back several thousand years. The other two happened in remote areas of Alaska and Chile. This one happened right near metropolitan Japan.

And the nuclear reactors -- ever heard of Chernobyl? This is probably worse than that. Not to mention they're finding traces of radioactive elements from the reactors as far away as the East Coast of the US.

Not to mention that about half of Japan is still underwater...

Japocalypse indeed.
