Congratulations to Interwebs, Qwertygiy, Paradox and Sazaho, our new mods! I'm sure they'll be great at keeping rule-breaking content off of the site.
For those that didn't get promoted, don't feel bad--past experience has shown me that too many mods is bad. Once we have more active users, I'll make sure more promotions.

I deleted the "RudeLittleBoy" Post as it informed users to look at his inappropriate skin, he was already banned.

Would it be possible to have a "Date" section in the Reports, so that we could know when the report was filed?
Also, does Delete delete the report or the item reported?

It just removes the report.
I'll add dates, it shouldn't be too hard.

You're still one of the earliest members of Buildism. Who knows, in 6 months when Buildism has 10,000 users and it's starting to get popular, you might become a mod then
And if not, you'll still be famous as a Founding Member.
