I am having trouble in making game - McNoobster - 04-02-2011

I cant move around in use tools in play games but not in build mode

The game is probably paused in build mode. Just look on the tools bar for the pause/unpause button.

Build mode auto pauses when you start, unpause for it to run.

Yeah, that caused me some trouble for a while. Just un-pause it and you'll move.
