The title of the game, is it a religeous term? "Buildism" Nothing wrong with it, I am just curious.

No. It is a term related to people's ability to "build". Any discrimination against unexperienced builders is called "buildism". Therefore, this game is all a big war for who can build better, and those who can't get "buildised".
