When you ban a user, they can stay online until they log out. When they log out, the ban kicks in -- at least, that's what I assume, because I banned a user for a bad name and he/she is still online in the Members section.

Hmmm, strange.
You should check out the Privlages Mods have, I know mods should be able to Perm ban someone, but, best check anyway.

They should make it so it logs them out aswell.
