On the Icon, see how there's Water Particles? Well, they're not there when you go to Play. And, there's also Invisible ACTUAL Water On Top of that, and that isn't there, either. So, is this a Glitch? Because, I need this to Complete my Geyser! Heh.

The rate should be between 0 and 1, or it won't work.
