When you adopt/own something, it has levels. 5 clicks = lvl 2. 10 clicks = lvl 3. 15 clicks = lvl 4. And so forth. It could be used as a reward. =P

But how is the level "used as a reward"? Wouldn't the place visits kind of represent the award? Sorry, maybe I just don't get what your trying to say.

Well, it represents you, and you could be represented by how you take care of it/how much lvls you have. A lot of lvls indicates good business.

I agree, its a nice idea, anyways it would be useless for me, because i suck at everything! anyways, it could be usefull for someone else, so as i said, yep, i agree!
