How to Weld Parts Together - Jacob__mybb_import1 - 04-07-2011

You can "weld" boxes and circles together to create more complex shapes! The parts you weld don't have to be on the same layer, so you can make moving vehicles are just about anything else you can think of.

1. Drag the parts you want to weld until they overlap.
2. Click the chain icon in the toolbar to activate the weld tool.
3. Click where you want to place the weld, making sure it is touching the area where the two parts overlap.

After you weld parts, they move together, even when you drag them. If you want to move them individually, click the weld and press Delete to remove it, make your changes, then place another weld.
