Me: What if I did? What if I paid $500,000 on supplies, and paved the road with help? From Virginia to California?
Teacher: Then they'd take it away.
Me: So, you're saying they wouldn't even pay me back?
Teacher: Correct.
Me: Private property. It's just erm....a really LONG road to my house. Private property.
Teacher: Maybe.
