I'm pretty sure thumbnails are generated by what the camera was last view at the time of the upload/save. So make a thumbnail in the game far away and upload while the camera is on it.

Thank you, you sure were going to say the same thing if Void wasn't here, I wouldn't have doubt that. It's not like you'd just view this thread for 5 seconds (Which you have) and move on like no one of importance has had a problem.

What void is saying is upload a decal to a fast image uploading site, then make a brick and make sure it stays in place. Then add a texture, and put the link to your image (only the image) on the brick, and then move your camera around until you find the perfect spot you want it as and save.
