Read posts, just looks like he wanted something and it looked like it got bad. Then apparently he just mad that the thread was ended [and moved?].
I think anyone would have acted the same way.
Personally, if I had tried to win a riddle contest that was posted in RT and was ROBLOX related but the thread creator-let's say got the wrong answer- and I didn't win.
I would rage, and I would rage more if the mods locked it and put it in OT (even though it is obviously a roblox related thing) Thus, I would accuse said mod of moderation fail.
I don't know EXACTLY what happened here but it doesn't seem as bad as you all are putting it. To top it off, he was probably also in distress due to not being chosen as a mod.
Noted by his multiple posts on people breaking rules when they didn't.

In his situation, I would probably do the same...except the lying part but that's just because I've gotten IP'd twice for [Classified Information].
