"The forum is dead" This is totally off-topic, and is spam. I believe I see this every day, this needs to stop.

If you edit an announcement, it changes you to the owner.

Also, thanks for the rule idea... I'm getting tired of all of the "this forum is dead" threads. This is actually more active than average for an alpha project.
