I have 2 accounts and my brother made one. We all use the same router.
It says there is too much spam on the IP...

I know, but i think they made it like that so people cant create too many alts *cough*Rare*cough*, the problem is that, for example, if real user wants to join...

Just tell Jacob_ . Maybe he will allow one more if its only for your sister and not for spam.
