I'd say Algodoo is (not really ROBLOX for me).

Most alike to it, as in building in a 2D editor? I dunno, I'd never found one before it and never had reason to go looking for one after I found it.

Well check out Algodoo, they are really like us, but we're a lot more game-friendly, Algodoo is basically a educational physics engine.
