Well, seriously, I think we should 'ignore' him. As in not reply to his posts, close his spam threads, delete any slight swearing post... but not ban him. Just stop his actions, not him -- I think banning him again will just egg him on to more annoyingness.

If we work like that, that's like "babying" someone. It can't go on forever. They grow up.
