Ability to host someone else's game if they allow multiplayer - noob007 - 05-01-2011

We need it Jacob_. Many people can't port forward, and you know it.

If we had this ability I would make a server hosting service because it seems I (and very few others) am the only one who can port forward.

You know what we should do?
Pop out an old PC, hook it up and keep it on the whole time and allow port forwarding on THAT IP. Send the IP to Jacob_ and he can use that PC as a central server.

So we connect to the PC's IP on different forwarded ports.

That could work too.

Once we make some money, I'm going to buy a better web server that will allow me to host some games on it. It probably won't be enough to handle the whole site, but it will be better than the current solution.

Ok. It would just be a nice feature to have.
