He was supposed to rage quit and come back when he cools off.
But he got banned so now he is raging.

It was a report on PAing me but it was not direct therefore not being a PA.

How about this; I'll actually unban Kieron on one condition: you've got 3 strikes. Moderators: don't just accept any report to him, because if it's not a fair report, then it's not a fair ban.
