Did you click the advanced tools button?

Just drag the bottom right corner of the window.
The properties are attached the the right side of the window, so if you can't see them, it means you didn't click the advanced tools button.

@Jacob_ I have the avanced tools up. I made a tool and stuff but I can't see the texture of it. D:
