We repeatedly remind him on his actions and what the punishment will be. Today I just banned him due to the fact that he was talking about inappropriate stuff in the chatroom.
Do you think we should delete his account or an IP ban?
I honesty think we should delete his account and if he breaks the rules again, the punishment will be the IP Ban.

At this point, I think we shoukd just get rid of him. He's a repeat offender and still doesnt seem to get the point. Login has even warned him.
I'll let Jacob find a suitable punishment for kieron.

I think he's a good member, he just makes a lot of stupid decisions.
He's been good for the last few days, but if he breaks the rules again, what if we give him an extended time-out and don't allow him to make any alts? 2 months would probably send him some sort of message.
A lot of his past bans have been short or got lifted early, so maybe he thinks that we don't enforce the rules very strongly here.
