Each group can have up to 10 ranks/positions

I already covered this and I god damn wish I didn't. Jacob_ doesn't want any fucking "crappy" groups due to our freaking inactivity and no one hosting any damn games, but anyways I support the option to make groups, so yes.

The owner chooses what each rank can do, and name ranks, like ROBLOX I suppose.
