Because broloxer normally is mature and sensible and reports stuff the mods would miss.
While Kieron likes to be rude to everyone when he gets himself into one of these stupid flame wars and shout at the mods.
It's not really that hard, respect the mods and the community, and you get respect.

The thing is, I haven't seen HB do any actual flaming.
