New rule: No Creating Accounts With Proxies - Jacob__mybb_import1 - 05-19-2011
Proxies are often used by people trying to get around IP bans, or to post on a second account without having the activity traced back to their main account. From now on, anyone that creates their account using a proxy will be automatically banned (yes, we can tell.) If you want to use a proxy for privacy purposes, this is allowed as long as you create your account using a real IP.

Thank God this finally became a rule! I was tired of seeing you-know-who spamming alts to get through bans.
