Some trademarks have become untrademarked. Some by time, some by overuse.
The Yellow Pages/Book is not trademarked because it was so widely used by everyone, not just AT&T.
The original Mickey Mouse is not trademarked anymore because it was more than 80 years ago.
"Google" is not trademarked because it's become generalized.
The epic face is most definitely not trademarked.
(And by not trademarked I mean you won't get sued.)
