And here's the announcement.

Buildism is now in beta! Until now, Buildism was in the alpha stage of development. Beta means that most of the features that I had originally planned are now in the game, and from now on development will focus on fixing bugs, making the editor easier to use and adding features that players request.

I don't see the point of StarterUI - you have to reconnect the events with scripting after the UI is copied, so why not just do the copying with scripting too?
