Personal attacks - Jacob__mybb_import1 - 05-26-2011
There has been some disagreement over what a personal attack is, so I'll make it clear. (this is based on the guidelines on Wikipedia)
- Racist, s exist, homophobic, ageist, religious, political, ethnic, s exual or other abusive language (such as against people with disabilities) directed against another user.
- Accusations about personal behavior that lack evidence.
- Serious threats (violence, legal action, hacking, and so on)
Note that saying something like "You suck" or "Go die in a hole" is not a personal attack. However, comments like these are off topic and will be removed, and if they are repeated they are considered flaming, which is a bannable offense.
