Help! I need an explanation.

It means instead of placing a block at the exact point where your mouse is, like (25.76, 41.332), it'll snap to (26, 41).

I'm a bit rusty on Roblox terms, but I'm pretty sure not using grid snapping (Which is default) is essentially "Cframing". Basically grid snapping is where the item you're making/moving is snapped to a grid so things look prettier.

Normally, a part will move to whatever position your mouse is it when you drag it in the editor.
But if Snap to Grid is set to true, it will only move to positions that are complete units, like 5 or 10 or 6 or 154, instead of partial numbers like 4.3, 10.1, or 123.456. This lets you make sure things are lined up neatly.

Void, I am talking about 2DWorlds grid-snapping, I had no idea it even existed on ROCRAP.

*sigh* I was using Roblox's grid snapping as an example. I know you are talking about 2Dworlds, because I was too.
