I gave him a perm ban due to what him and bean were saying in binary, really inappropriate.

But not everyone can understand binary, so in a way it's more like a censor.

Cursing in binary is just as bad as cursing in English, and possibly more dangerous since the mods might not take the time to translate it but the users will.
I think a 1 month ban is OK though, since this wasn't specifically addressed in the rules before.
