Kieron raged again? I'm getting tired of these "RAID THE SITE!" things.
Seriously guys. Not only do we have plenty of things ROBLOX doesn't have -- the terrain generator, the multiple worlds, the ability to access script sources, the ability to completely design your character -- but ROBLOX itself isn't all that original.
Here's a list of things that they use directly.
Mediawiki, the wiki
Ogre, game
Visual Studio, game
Silk Iconset, icons
2000-era forums by Microsoft, forums
And of course, it's all inspired by Lego. Buildism doesn't look anything like Lego. And of course, it's 2D! Calling Buildism a copy of ROBLOX is like saying that popsicles copied ice cream.
