That article doesn't seem very clear on what exactly the law[s] to be passed will be, exactly.

"WARNING: US AND EUROPE ARE GONNA INCREASE TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT AND PATENT LAWS AND THEN SUE THE CHINESE AND INDIANS IF THEY DON'T FOLLOW THEM!!!"

It seems too vague for me to be worried just yet.
