Most of the games there are incomplete, and some of them have quit owners that won't ever finish the game, so they just sit there for a good amount of time :/

No, they have historic value, just let it die naturally, it gives nostalgia to the older members.

True, but as far as I know there is no way to reverse place visits. Anyway, there are a few up there that aren't cheated -- my Obcourse, Buildism City...
