The desc seems mean! I mean Kids won't wanna stay if it says.. "Locked threads will come here to die." It seems weird.. Anyone agree? :o

I don't see how it is mean. It's telling you what that section is, locked threads will be forgotten there, or "die".

what did you think that happened to locked threads? THEY DIE!
Also "archive" is done for people to see locked threads and see what they are about and why they have been locked, so the next time they know what to do
