Just find a GIF image and use that with the image tags.

You can make moving signatures by using a GIF file. Make sure it's small enough and isn't too big of a size (kb/mb-wise too)

It's called a .GIF file.
Like they said GIF = Graphics Intercharged Format.

Pretty much it's an image (with the use of software) with frames that creates the illusion of something moving or doing whatever. I suggest having a normal siggy which is usually a .JPG cause it's faster to load.
